Since the 1990s, Germany promoted the externalisation of the border regime in Central and Eastern Europe. Vor 33 Jahren: Thesen zur Flüchtlingsfrage
Der folgende Text wurde 1986 als Medico-Broschüre veröffentlicht und in Frühjahr 1987 in Wildcat 41 nachgedruckt. Der Text markiert unsere Ausgangspunkte bei der Beschäftigung mit der „Flüchtlingsfrage“. Vieles würden wir heute anders ausdrücken; der Text ist weder antirassistisch „durchdekliniert“ noch genderisiert. Dennoch erweist er sich auch heute noch in manchen Punkten als aktuell und hellsichtig.
