Die Sea Watch 3, die seit fünf Tagen auf der Suche nach einem Hafen ist, in dem die 47 geretteten Boat-people an Land gehen können, sucht nun am Rande italienischer Hoheitsgewässer Schutz vor Sturm und Unwetter. Innenminister Salvini ist bereit, Lebensmittel und Medikamente zu schicken, verweigert aber die Anlandung in italienischen Häfen. Und di Maio fordert die Sea Watch auf, Marseille anzusteuern und die Migrant*innen auf französischem Boden abzusetzen. Inzwischen haben Palermo und Neapel sich bereit erklärt, die Boat-people in ihrer Stadt aufzunehmen.
