The phone on the boat is running out of battery, the situation is getting even more critical and no rescue is in sight! How often do we have to ask authorities until they react?

Alarm Phone hat hinzugefügt,

  • Sea-Watch International
We were told by the #EU aircraft to call RCC in #Tunisia, who told @alarm_phone they don’t have any assets in the area and cannot reach the Libyans. When we called, we were put on hold by Tunisia and nobody picked up…

Alarm Phone vor 34 Minuten
This #boat could have long been reached and rescued. Authorities have known for hours about its position and the urgency of the situation but chose not to react. This is a clear case of #nonassistance

  • Sea-Watch International
